What is Corporate Housing?

Corporate Housing describes when one rents out a furnished (serviced) apartment, or house, on a temporary basis. Otherwise known as interim housing, extended stay, temporary housing, condotels, condo-hotels, and/or serviced apartments, corporate housing offers significantly more options than a hotel. Whether it's a full-size, fully furnished apartment in a garden-style suburban community - or a high-rise penthouse in the heart of a downtown metropolis - corporate housing provides every possible comfort of home. In your turn-key fully-furnished rental, guests can raid the refrigerator for a late night snack, hold a business meeting, invite friends and family for the weekend, and/or even bring along the family pet. Corporate housing meets each customer's individual needs, whether your requirements include video games for the kids, a blender for margaritas, maid service, or a fax machine. Our guests enjoy twice the space of a hotel for a significantly lower cost.

What happens when I "Sign up for Free"?

"Signing up for Free" grants you access to a free, 14 day trial on TCHNetwork.com, so you can take it for a test ride and determine whether or not our offerings match your company’s goals. When you click on "Sign up for Free", click on "I am a Housing Provider". Fill out the Registration fields, and then select the markets/cities for which you’d like to receive "Email Notifications" (see below). Then, click "Become a Member".

How does your "Email Notification" system work? Why would I use it?

Our exclusive Email Notification system allows you access to the most important mode of activity on our site. ** Be automatically notified when a key prospect posts a new Housing Requests in the market(s) of your choice. This allows you to immediately contact those who have an upcoming need in your markets. You then can provide your specific options and availability (i.e. bid on their Request). Most of our Members choose markets where they currently provide housing, although many Providers also include markets in which they are looking to grow.

You may also choose the minimum budget ranges for which you’d like to receive Notifications.

** Please note when setting your DESIRED MINIMUM BUDGET: As you can imagine, individuals and companies will ALWAYS try to get the lowest rate possible. If someone posts a Request with a budget range of $2,500 - $3,000, they will do so even if they know a typical monthly rate for that market is well over that amount (i.e. $3,200 - $4,800). They just don’t want to over-price themselves "if" a Provider was willing to offer them a deal (perhaps, on a vacant unit they are trying to unload). It has been OUR EXPERIENCE that Members who select a lower budget parameters below what they’re actually willing to accept in fact book more units than they ever imagined. It’s the Providers job to educate the prospect about typical rates for their market (don’t forget, most are relocating from an entirely different metro, with entirely different rates; they often have no idea what a typical monthly rate is in your market).

When you finish your brief Registration, and set your Email Notifications, you then move onto Become a Member. This page allows you to choose from three Subscription Packages that best suit your company’s needs. Don’t forget, you receive a 14-day trial, ONLY after which your paid Membership begins.

What are your Subscription Package Options?

For our multi-unit or multi-property members, exclusive membership is only $50/Month, per member for a 3 month commitment, or $35/Month, per Member if you would like to go month-to-month with no commitments or contracts. We also offer a 12 month package for just $250 (a discount of almost 50%!)

What do the Monthly Membership Fees include?

Included in this membership fee, you are able to post UNLIMITED PROPERTY LISTINGS, as well as receive UNLIMITED LEADS ("Requests for Housing") for your areas of interest.

My company has multiple offices; does each office need to Register and become a Member?

Yes, each office will need to Register as a Member. Some individual offices have so much volume that they actually Register more than one Member, since our rates are so affordable. This is so they can have more than one employee keeping track of their multiple units.

Our Membership fees are intentionally low in an effort to match the needs of both smaller housing providers, as well as companies with multiple offices. Once you book just one unit with TCHNetwork.com, you’ve more than paid for a year of Membership. Not only that, but the ability to Post an unlimited amount of your units allows access to get your company’s name out with multiple exposures. We would expect professional courtesy from all of our Members, and we do not expect any one to ’go around the system’; by doing so would really only create more work for the contact person on the account.

If you have already registered as a Member, simply enter your User Name and Password. If you have forgotten your login information, simply click on the “Forgot Login” button to receive a reminder via email or you can email: info@tchnetwork.com, and we’ll get the information to you right away. Yes, Membership allows you to Post an Unlimited amount of units that you have upcoming and available.

How do I POST a Unit?

Once a member, simply click on "POST" Corporate Housing (either from the main menu bar [top, left on every page], or from the Home Page, center chart). Fill out the specifics of your Unit/Property, upload pictures, and you’re all set.

I have multiple Properties; is there an easier way to Post Multiple Units?

Yes, after you’ve completed your Property Profile and uploaded your pictures, simply click whichever applies:
"I’d like to Post additional Units at this Property", or
"I’d like to Post additional Units, but they’re not at this Property.
Our system them remembers the appropriate information so that you don’t have to waste time inputting in again.

How can I move my property up in the search results for a particular city or state?

Next month we will have additional options, such as "Preferred Properties", "Sponsored Properties", and "Highlighted Properties" which will allow your property(ies) to move up in the Search result rankings.

Do you make a commission, or charge additional fees, for reservations or bookings?

Absolutely not. We simply charge a minimum monthly Membership fee for our Corporate Housing Providers and Private Owners to Post their listings. This also allows them to access Requests that you place on TCHNetwork.com (Rates range anywhere from $15 per month to $50 per month). Often people wonder if they’re paying MORE by using our site to identify and/or book housing, instead of just going directly to the Company themselves. As you can see, $15 - $50 per month (spread out over countless bookings for these Providers) wouldn’t even make a small dent in your rate from these Providers.

How do I upload pictures?

Within the POST page, at the bottom, simply click on "Browse" for EACH image you’d like uploaded. Your image needs to be no larger 1.5 MB, and must be in either *.jpg. *.gif, or *.png format (these are very common formats, and allow for a generous size image). After you’ve located all of your images on your computer and they’ve been uploaded: Click on "Post this Listing". If it seems as if the screen has become idle, BE SURE TO CLICK "OK" on the pop-up that reads: "Your listing is being processed" (you may need to scroll up a little bit to see the pop-up).

Confidentiality is an issue for me. I would like to remain anonymous while obtaining bids. Is there a way to do this?

Absolutely. Many of our larger corporate clients and relocation companies prefer to remain confidential while obtaining bids. When you click on "Request" Corporate Housing, there’s a button on the top left of page that says, "Use Private Message Board". When you click on that, you will now have the ability to post your Request in an anonymous format. You choose when you want to provide your personal/corporate information to these Providers.
