After your 14-day Free Trial period, Subscription Options are based on your Type of Membership:

(Max. 1 property - often Private/Vacation Rental Owners):

$15/month with a 3 month commitment or
$25/month if you would like to go month-to-month with no commitments or contracts
$150 for a 12 month subscription (a discount of almost 50%!)

Note: Unlike the Free vacation rental sites out there, please keep in mind that the majority of our renters are interested in 3-6 month leases with corporate contracts. These corporate clients who often turn into return customers.

UNLIMITED LISTINGS

(Multiple properties - often Corporate Housing Company/Apartment Community):

$35/Month/Member on a 3 month basis or
$50/Month/Member if you would like to go month-to-month with no commitments or contracts
$250 for a 12 month subscription (a discount of almost 50%!)

Note: With this package you will have UNLIMITED PROPERTY LISTINGS in as many cities/states as you would like. You will of course continue to receive the Housing Requests via email for all markets in which you have listings.
